By Ship:

You can drive or take the bus

to Killini, in a route of 3,5 hours to take the ferry boat to Poros port in 1,5 hour
to Astakos Aitolokarnanias and then take the ferry boat to Sami port in 2,5 hours
to Patra and then take the ferry boat to Sami port in 3 hours

By Plane:

Kefalonia airport is about 3 km from Kefalonia Houses and 9 km from the capital, Argostoli. The flight from Athens takes 45 minutes and the itineraries are daily and often. The transport from and to the airport can be done by taxi, car or bus.
